Financial Information

You voluntarily provide us with your financial information that could include your personal credit history, personal credit score, business transaction history, and other credit/loan products and creditors. One Park will use this information to process your application. One Park uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant One Park and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user privacy policy.

Online Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily provide us with an online review or feedback, we may collect your name and email address and any other content you send to us. By submitting an online review or providing feedback to us, you agree that One Park may use your email address to contact you about your review and other administrative purposes.

Cookie Notice

We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to support site functionality, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant advertising. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer, mobile phone, or other device by your web browser.

We will verify the individual’s identity when receiving a request to access or update personal information before any update is made. Be sure to include your current telephone number in your request.

One Park may not accommodate your request to update your personal information if we believe the change(s) would violate any law or legal requirements or cause the information to be incorrect. Should we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.

How We Protect Your Information

For website security purposes and to ensure that our website remains available to all users, One Park employs software to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. If such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”)

One Park’s products and services are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly solicit data online from or market to individuals under the age of 18. If we knowingly receive personal information from an individual under 18 years of age without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete the information.

Data Sharing Practices

One Park provides you with the choice to opt-in or to opt-out of the different categories of third-party sharing. Because One Park creates a cookie in your browser, the opt-in and opt-out choices you make will only be effective on the device and browser you use to make your choices, and your choices will expire when the cookie session expires.

Once we locate your contact information based on the information you provide us, we will remove you from our mailing lists within ten (10) business days of receipt.

You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of certain emails sent by us.

Text Message (“SMS”) Opt-out Guide

If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information, you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP,” “QUIT,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the message you receive. You may receive a final confirmation message after a successful removal from SMS promotional messaging.

Personal Privacy Settings

Most computer systems and browsers offer their own privacy settings. We encourage you to use them to enhance your personal choices. Most browsers’ advanced settings allow you to disable cookies; however, some site features and services may not function as they are intended to if you do so. If you choose to add yourself to the National Do Not Call Registry, we may no longer be able to provide you with our services. While we strive to honor all requests, there may be instances where we may deny your request if the law permits or requires us to do so.

The categories of third parties to whom information was sold or shared include data analytics providers and social networks. We shared Personal Information with these third parties for the purposes outlined in the “Purposes for Which We Collect Personal Information” section above.

We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Retention of Personal Information

Our website does not retain Cookies, and it is automatically destroyed by your browser after a specified period.

Your Rights as a California Resident

Mobile Application Privacy Notice

The following disclosures apply specifically to the One Park Financial mobile application ("App"). All California-specific notices set forth above — including the Notice to California Residents and the rights available under the CCPA — apply equally to App users who are California residents. To the extent there is any conflict or difference between the App-specific terms below and the California-specific terms above, the California-specific terms shall govern for California residents.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect Through the App

We collect, or in the last 12 months have may have collected, the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and physical/business address;
  • Bank account details (via Plaid), business financials, and credit-related information for funding applications;
  • Bank statements, identification, and business documents you upload;
  • Device identifiers and push notification tokens;
  • App interaction data and crash reports (via Firebase) to improve app performance;
  • With your permission, our VIA feature accesses your device contacts and calendar to help you manage leads and schedule meetings.

Purposes for Which We Collect Personal Information Through the App

  • Process and manage your funding application;
  • Track and update your application status;
  • Enable VIA features (website builder, lead management, scheduling, Business Health Score);
  • Send push notifications about your account and leads;
  • Authenticate your login via one-time passcode (OTP);
  • Improve app functionality and performance.

Categories of Permissions We Request Through the App

  • To your Camera to capture and upload documents;
  • To your Contacts to help you import and manage leads in VIA;
  • To your Calendar to schedule and synch meetings with leads in VIA;
  • To your Notifications to send updates about your application and leads.

You can manage or revoke these permissions anytime through your device settings.

Data Sharing

We share your information with lending partners to facilitate your funding request and with service providers who support app functionality. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) in transit and at rest.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by submitting a request at https://www.oneparkfinancial.com/delete-my-data. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
